Theme : Festival (Matsuri)

Matsuri are public festivals celebrated by the Japanese people, and are one of Japan's most colorful customs. The original meaning of matsuri implies "to call a god," and stems from ancient times when farmers gave offerings to local deities to show pray for good harvests and future prosperity. Sunrise Tours is pleased to introduce several local festivals throughout the year. They may not be large or major, but you can meet and mingle with local residents in a festive atmosphere.
