One Day Before

Train tickets are delivered to your hotel at least one day prior to your departure.

Day 1: Tokyo- Naoshima

Day 2: Naoshima- Tokyo

Free at your leisure until departure. Please make your way to the Port of Naoshima on your own.

REMARKS

1. You cannot designate the departure/arrival time, nor the train seat.
2. Please note that your Shinkansen tickets will not be reissued or replaced if you lose them after receipt. In those circumstances, you will have to purchase normal tickets at your own expense.
3. This Train & Hotel Package is not accompanied by an English-speaking guide or tour guide.
Other than the Shinkansen and trains, between Tokyo, Okayama, and Uno, you must pay for transportation yourself.
4. Charges for the ferry between Uno and Naoshima are not included. Please pay on the spot.
(Round trip is JPY 560, current as of January 20, 2010.)
5. Reserved seats for the above period will be used. However, time may be slightly earlier or later due to track conditions or other reasons. For train numbers and times, please refer to the information that will be sent to you by the day before departure.

7. The Art House Project and Chichu Museum in Naoshima are closed on Mondays. (However, they are open on Mondays directly following a public holiday, and will be closed on Tuesday in that case.) They may be occasionally closed due to maintenance, so please make sure to confirm schedules on the website ahead of time.

4. About tour price remarks
* Single supplement: Conditional fee when booking single-occupancy rooms.
* Reduction: The following amount will be subtracted from both adult and child fare on tours departing in Jan., Feb., and Dec.
* Please note that when the date of stay at the hotel is a blackout date, the tour will not be operated.
