2011 / Japanese Snow Monkey 1-Day Tour: Disband at Nagano Station





Experience Nagano Prefecture's unique Jigokudani Monkey Park, where you can watch Japanese snow monkeys bathe in a warm hot springs bath surrounded by snow.
After you are done, relax your feet in an ashiyu, a Japanese hot springs for your feet only.

  • Adult: (12 years and older):  JPY 12,000
  • Child: ( 6 - 11 years old ):  JPY 9,000

**Remarks: For some tours, other tour fare will apply according to different age group for child.

Kanbayashi Parking Area (30 min.) Jigokudani Monkey Park (30 min.) (30 min.) Kanbayasshi Parking Area Sakagura, Sake Brewery Art Gallery (20 min.) Ashiyu, Foot Bath (15 mins.)

Disband at Nagano Station


REMARKS

1. As this tour takes participants from Kanbayashi Parking Area to Jigokudani Monkey Park on a hike from a snow-covered road for roughly 30 minutes, you will need to bring warm clothes, gloves, and snow boots (or slip-resistant shoes).
2. Please bring a towel to dry your feet off with after the ashiyu (Japanese-style foot hot springs).
3. Depending on road conditions, sightseeing times at the tour locations may be shortened and/or arrival time in Shinjuku may be delayed.
4. If returning time to Tokyo will be severely delayed due to snow or other conditions, the stop at the Sakagura (Sake Brewery) Art Gallery may be skipped.
5. Customers who plan to end the tour at Nagano Station are requested to inform us of their connecting shinkansen (bullet train) and hotel of stay following the tour. We cannot refund your tickets for your connecting shinkansen (bullet train) or any other form of transportation if you miss your departure time.
6. Vegetarian and Western-style meals are available upon request. Please inform our staff of your preference upon reservation.
7. Depending on the number of participants, there may be cases when shinkansen (bullet train) from Tokyo Station -Nagano Station is used instead of bus (round trip). In this case, the tour will disband at Tokyo Station.
