Explore the city of Kyoto on this full-day bus tour starting from Osaka.
This tour will give you the opportunity to visit Kyoto's major temples & shrines such as Heian JIngu Shrine and Kinkajuji Temple. Buffet lunch and transfer with an assistant between Osaka and Kyoto are included.

REMARKS

1. On Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays, Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed. During these times, the tour will visit other destinations. The same is true of the period before and after the public viewing of the Kyoto Imperial Palace in April and October, the three days before and after Aoi Festival (including the festival, held on May 15), as well as when there is an Imperial Household event.
2. During the Jidai Festival on October 22, Heian Shrine is closed to the public and will be replaced by Chishaku-in Temple.
3. During the Gion Festival (July 14-16), drop off service to Karasuma Kyoto Hotel and Hotel Monterey Kyoto is
unavailable due to traffic regulations.
4. On Tuesdays in January, July, August, and December, or Wednesday if Tuesday is a national holidays, Nijo Castle is closed. The tour will visit Ryoanji Temple or Daitokuji Daisen-in Temple instead.
5. Please note you will be asked to fill in your full name, nationality, gender, and age before entering the Kyoto Imperial Palace (forms will be handed out on the day of the tour).
6. Connection to the Kyoto Maiko Night Tour (page 13) is made at New Miyako Hotel or the Kiyomizudera Temple bus parking lot.
7. Connection to the Kyoto Special Night Tour (page 13) is made at Kyoto Hotel Okura
