5. Pick-up services at each hotel are available when the reservation is made more than one hour before the actual starting time.
6. At New Sanno in Tokyo and Yoshi-ima in Kyoto, pick-up services are available for the staying guests only.
7. Participants staying at Grand Prince Takanawa and The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo can use pick-up services from the Grand Prince New Takanawa.
8. Passengers from the Hilton Tokyo will be escorted to the Hyatt Regency on foot, for Afternoon tour.
9. The time for drop-off services depends on the location of your hotel and traffic conditions.
10. Participants on the QT1-3, L200, WTOA, WTGA tours can join the tour at Tokyo Station at 9:10 a.m. (baggage transfer services are not available).
12. Participants on the tours listed below can use the pick up service to Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal.
