Reservations should be made as early as possible, especially for the months of July, August and first part of September.
Hotel only, City Packages – Reservations accepted anytime, subject to hotel availability.
Escorted Tours – Reservations should be made at least 45 days prior to departure to ensure timely delivery of documents.
LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
Hotel only and City Packages (within 7 days)
Escorted Tours (within 30 days) – Depending on space availability, bookings can be made up to the date of departure. For all last minute bookings, Harvest Tours must have full guaranteed payment (Master Card or Visa) before we will check for availability. Once booking is confirmed, cancellation policy noted below will apply. If we are unable to confirm the exact services requested, alternatives will be offered and clients may choose to decline without penalty.
Hotel Only – No deposit required.
City Packages and Escorted Tours – A deposit of $100.00 per person is due within 14 days of booking.
Balance of payment must be received by Harvest Tours no later than 30 days prior to tour/service. Failure to comply may result in an automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of deposits. All last minute booking (as noted above) must be accompanied by full guaranteed payment.

Overseas tour participants should check with your local travel agents regarding entry requirements into Canada and USA from your country.
Notification of cancellation must be in writing (fax or e-mail). Cancellation charges are calculated based on the date such notification is received by Harvest Tours. Cancellations sent to Harvest Tours during non-business hours are considered to be received at the first business hour following.
More than 72 hours notice – no charges
72 hours notice or less – first night's room and taxes charge
No Shows – Minimum one night’s room charge and may be 100% nonrefundable during peak period.
City Packages and Escorted Tour: More than 7 days notice – no charge
7 days notice or less – equivalent of one night’s room charge
No shows – 100% nonrefundable
We highly recommend the purchase of insurance to cover 100% of your tour cost at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION OF DEPARTURE
Escorted tours of six or more participants will be guaranteed departure. In the event of a tour cancellation, participants will be notified at least 46 days prior to departure with an alternative date/tour. The proposed alternative may be accepted, or clients may cancel the entire booking without penalty.
All Triple Occupancy rates are quoted based on using existing beddings only. Rollaway bed, if required, will be on availability basis only and payable directly to the hotel.
All accommodation is based on “run of the house”. We reserve the right to substitute hotel accommodation of a similar grade, when necessary, from those mentioned in the brochure. In addition, Harvest Tours cannot be held responsible for hotel over-booking situation when the individual(s) or the tour(s) may be relocated by the hotel. However, we will do our utmost to ensure this relocation will be to a property of a similar or higher category.
FOREIGN LANGUAGE SERVICE
Foreign language guides for the independent City Packages, a small surcharge is required. Languages available include French, German, Spanish, Thai, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Hotel service charge, room taxes and meal gratuities are included. Tippings to driver/guide and tour director are not included.
All rates includes the Provincial Sales Tax.
Harvest Tours acts only as agent and/or intermediary for the independent suppliers and other contractors providing transportation, accommodations and other related travel services. Harvest Tours assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident with any services resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, strikes, war declared or undeclared, government regulations, thefts, failure of any means, discrepancies or changes over which it has no control. Reasonable changes to the itinerary may be made when necessary for the comfort and safety of the tour participants. The right is also reserved to decline, accept or retain any person as a tour member at any time. All claims against Harvest Tours must be received, in writing, no later than thirty (30) days after the last day of service.
